RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Quality is of utmost importance to us as we want our customers to have an amazing taste experience! Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returned or refused products for refunds. Should you not be satisfied with your cookies, please inform us immediately via Whatsapp or email and keep them in the original packaging. We will arrange collection in order to assess them, this will be done on a case by case basis and we will revert with feedback in due course. Our packaging has been tested to protect against breakage during shipping, however slight breakage is possible. Kindly note that we do not keep stock of prebaked cookies. This means that once we receive your order and payment, the process is started in order to ensure that you receive the freshest cookies possible. Therefore, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your order, if it has not yet been shipped. There is a 15% cancellation fee on all orders.
